Dr. Benjamin Lam is a pioneer in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Lam’s
innovative surgical procedures and techniques have been adopted by surgeons
around the country and his technological advances in the medical surgical
industry have been registered with the United States Patent office.

A fellow in the American College of Surgeons (ACS), American College of
Osteopathic Surgeons (ACOS) and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS),
Dr. Lam is also the past President of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Section of the American College of Osteopathic surgeons (ACOS). He is the
program director of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship and clinical
professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He is a
highly respected national speaker as well as a published author in the esteemed
medical journal, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

A graduate of the University of Michigan in Cellular Molecular Biology, Dr. Lam
received his medical degree from Des Moines University. He received anesthesia
training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and general
surgical training at several renowned centers including Memorial Sloane Kettering
in Manhattan and Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia before
completing his plastic & reconstructive surgery training at PCOM.

With nearly two decades of training and practice, Dr. Lam is widely recognized for
his advancements in facial rejuvenation, breast surgery and body contouring. At
the forefront of Dr. Lam’s success is his commitment to understanding each
patient’s individual needs and goals. This patient-first philosophy combined with
Dr. Lam’s surgical artistry and expertise has allowed both men and women to
achieve superior aesthetic results.

Michael has been a nurse for 26 years in the surgical trama unit. He has one, beautiful daughter that he adores and she is in the navy! He has been an aesthetic injector for over 12 years and has been teaching aesthetic injecting courses for 10 years. He loves helping his clients to look and feel their best. He loves seeing a smile on their face. Sculpting faces is an art not a job he says and he takes time with his clients. Michael grew up in Philadelphia and currently lives in Jenkintown. Education wise he went to Penn State University and finished his nursing career at Immaculata University with his BSN. Michael likes to exercise and eat healthy. Michael loves being down at the shore in the Summer time.

Monica is registered nurse with 14 years of experience who has set out on an exciting journey of combining her passion for all things beauty and fitness with the goal of helping you feel your absolute best. By combining the art of safe medical injection techniques and by keeping up-to-date on continuing education, she is passionate about providing her patients with the best care and outcome to enhance natural features and slow the aging process gracefully.

In her downtime, you can usually find her spending time with her husband, three children, and their Frenchie where they reside in West Chester, PA. When she is not spending quality time with her family or friends, you will often find her in the gym moving heavy weights and crushing her fitness goals

Shannon Connors is a Licensed Aesthetician and certified Laser Technician. She completed her aesthetics training at Paul Mitchell Vision Academy. Shannon has been practicing aesthetics professionally for a decade in both spa and medical offices. Shannon has also attended CoolSculpting University, and is a Face Reality Acne Specialist. She is also an Aesthetic Instructor at the Institute for Laser Medicine when she is not in her treatment room at Strella. She has a passion for medical grade corrective treatments to target different concerns especially acne as she has struggled with cystic acne in the past.

Shannon wants to help others look and feel their best by customizing treatment plans and homecare regimens for best outcome. Shannon’s top priority is making her clients visit an educational and enjoyable experience that yields results. 

Marisa started her love for skincare in 2001. She has a wide range of experience from dermatology offices to spas. She has a broad understanding of skin conditions and concerns.
